The double room at Hotel Neste De Jade was like a cozy little haven for us. The 160cm double bed was super comfortable, and the large connected flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The room was bright and spacious, making us feel right at home. Plus, it's great that it's suitable for people with reduced mobility.

I personally didn't love the separate WC in the double room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The Hotel has a warm and friendly feeling and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Saint Lary

The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was in good condition.

The ski slopes were fabulous, and the surrounding landscape was stunning. I enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and sauna after a long day of outdoor activities.

Who needs efficient reception when you can have a delightful one-hour wait upon arrival?

Quality of rooms was excellent and staff were charming, very good bathrooms with baths which are ideal after skiing. Proximity to ski lift and hire shop were perfect.

The staff, especially Muriel, were super friendly and gave fantastic recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Our room was incredibly spacious and peaceful, providing a much-needed retreat after a long day of exploring. The location was jaw-dropping, with stunning mountain views and close proximity to shops and restaurants. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return!

Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping mountain views from the windows, modern and tasteful interior decoration, super friendly and helpful staff at the reception, excellent breakfast, reliable internet in the room, balcony-like french door with sunset view.

The hotel is near the center of the village and close to the river.

The staff seemed to be out smoking or somewhere else when needed. There is no 24-hour staff, so leaving early in the morning is a problem. We wanted to leave at 0630, but the staff did not arrive until 0700. However, the staff did not arrive at 0700, but apparently at 0730. At 0705 we left a note regarding billing and were subsequently billed by the hotel. The Booked.net price is a little misleading as there are local taxes which are not included in the "total price." I would not recommend this hotel.

Additionally, it was just a short walk to the ski lift, perfect for those looking to hit the slopes. The rooms were comfortable and had beautiful views from the large balconies, allowing me to relax and soak in the surroundings. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of tea-making facilities in the room, making it feel like a home away from home. Lastly, the breakfast provided was of good quality, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

We spent an amazing Easter holiday in this lovely hotel! Firstly, it was perfectly located near the stores and restaurants but not in the crowded zone of the town. Secondly, the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options cooked to perfection. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff who provided us with excellent service throughout our stay.

The noise level. Some nights we heard music from a nearby bar, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the television in the room wasn't working correctly. However, overall the experience was positive, and we enjoyed our stay.
